2010-11? TURKEY CUP: This is classic neighborhood golf…Wisconsin style. Brian Weiss and his Wisconsin crew from golftrips.com pulled off another year of the Turkey cup. This years Turkey day was devoid of snow, which made shot making a tad better. The event was put on to raise money for Operation Christmas Child, which makes up gift boxes that get sent to children in India. They raised $600 and Operation Christmas Child sent over 5,000 Xmas boxes to India. How cool is that. Congratulations. Who said backyard golf was not a powerful way to raise money for a cause.

TURKEY CUP EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: Per the event, it looks like they’ve clearly grown in stature. It might be because of the relatively warm weather. Wisconsin is usually an ice cube this time of year.
